What You Can Expect:

First and foremost, I will be there with you every step of the way for the next 6 weeks!

You will have the accountability that you may not be getting right now. You will be a part of a private Facebook group for additional accountability from other teammates taking this journey with you.

We will all have a weekly group call as well as personal one on one calls, both to discuss any happenings or struggles you have come across on this journey. My Mission is YOUR SUCCESS! I want you to succeed!

Initially we will get to know each other a little better and do some goal setting. Then, two times a week there will be an educational piece to help you better understand why certain concepts of a healthy lifestyle are important. We'll be going over the good, the bad, and the ugly here. (See course outline below)

Throughout the entire program you receive a customized meal plan. These meals are to help you better understand what a healthy diet looks like. Don't worry, I won't be putting you on a strict boring diet change!

You will also have exercises based off of your lifestyle now and where you want to be. We will choose a program that is best suited for you and only you! While this ISN'T a fitness-focused course, fitness DOES play a role in your health.

The RESULT of the entire program is that you will see a change in your cravings. You will slowly step away from highly-processed foods and sugars naturally. When you leave this course you can be 1000% confident in making the right eating choices for you (and your family) both inside and out of the home!

When does the course start and finish?
Depending on your join date, the course starts every 8 weeks with the first round starting May 1st, 2017 and lasts for 6 weeks.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me so that we can come to a solution. Perhaps it's more accountability, more education, or a different exercise or meal plan! Just a small adjustment to be made to be happy again!
Can you guarantee that I will lose weight?
Unfortunately, no. All results are based on the individual's efforts. If you follow along and are honest with me during our calls then you will more than likely reach your goals and at very least be on the way to achieving them. The same is also true. If you don't put in the effort and don't discuss things with me in our calls, then you will probably not see the results you seek.
What if I have issues with sticking with a program?
That's okay! That is what the Facebook group is for as well as our weekly group and personal calls! There are THREE different systems that will definitely keep you accountable! This is a program you WILL succeed at!
What if time really is an issue for me?
I'm glad you asked! As a Mom and business owner, time is a HUGE task to figure out... at least in the beginning. AND it's every changing!!
